Board of Directors

The Board of Directors assumes the pivotal role of leading and steering all strategic activities of the group. It is composed of:

  • Group Chair: The Chair supervises all activities, ensuring the implementation of strategic policies, the achievement of approved objectives, and the continual enhancement of the group's overall performance.
  • Vice President, Government Affairs: Responsible for overseeing the expert team in the public service sector, contributing a specialized perspective to planning, managing, and monitoring public sector solutions, initiatives, and projects, and fostering collaboration between the group and governmental bodies.
  • Vice President, Management Affairs: Overlooks the internal administrative operations of the group, focusing on improving operational efficiency, developing administrative policies, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in team and operations management.
  • Board Members: Members of the Executive Management Board play a critical governance role within the group, participating in key decision-making processes that shape our strategic direction, policies, and operations. 


Board Secretariat

This unit provides executive support to the Chair and Board members, managing agendas, offering administrative and logistical support, and ensuring effective communication within the board. Components include:

  • Office Manager: Manages and coordinates all activities within the Chair’s office, supervises the staff, and ensures smooth operation and support for the Chair.
  • Executive Assistant: Provides administrative support to the Chair and executive board members, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating internal and external communication.
  • Special Assistant: Directly supports the Chair with daily tasks, managing both personal and professional correspondence, organizing events, and providing strategic and operational advice.


Subcommittee for Management

This specialized unit enhances operational efficiency and develops strategic outputs by supervising the management, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the group's projects and initiatives. It includes roles such as:
